Don't let my crappy photo deceive you, that banana split was marvelous! And the dish and the whole place in fact were such a wonderful throw back. Luckily I was with close friends so I got to try a variety of ice-cream treats. The weirdo that I am, I ordered a truffle. It was good, nothing to post about but the ice-cream, now that is something to post about! It's very good and the mint is particularly fresh tasting. It tastes like mint leaves but if that isn't your bag their splits and other flavors are also great. The whole atmosphere was a wonderful old ice-cream soda shoppe vibe. Everything was pink; the chairs and the walls, marble and brass were everywhere and it had that shiny glow about it. This is a definite see and eat in Cincinnati.
