Package-Free and Mason Jar Welcome

I'm very intrigued by this article about a package-free grocery store opening in Texas not just because it's an environmentally friendly idea but also because the idea of packaging all food items in mason jars makes me giddy. I've actually already started the process of riding our pantry of ugly, non-uniform bags and boxes for beautifully uniform quart, wide-mouth mason jars. But as much as I'm pinning away for this new package-free existence, I still can appreciate the creativeness that goes into designing packaging, see The Dieline for great examples.

The video below touches on the general idea but there is definitely more to learn about this. I'll keep my eye out for anymore info.
