via Chronicles of a Curly Head
Unfortunately, I didn't snap any photos (I really need to get better at that) so the pic above is not mine; its from another blog called Chronicles of a Curly Head. Its a cute blog and she has her own review of this place you should check out. As usual, I'll try to keep my review short and sweet or should I say spicy...
This wonderful Mexican restaurant was Kyle's pick. He had read that it is the best Mexican in Dayton and not only is it the best in Dayton, it is the best I've ever had. I have to admit, I don't consider myself a connoisseur of Mexican food but I've gone to quiet a few Mexican places all throughout Ohio and a couple places in Texas and nothing could compare to this place. Everything was full of flavor, the crunchy food was deliciously crunchy and the corn in the tortillas was like eating corn on the cob right after husking the darn thing; so fresh! It all just tasted like real good food made at home. Nothing had that "out of the freezer taste" and I promise I'm not a food snob because I will gladly eat frozen whatever but you can tell the difference. I got the Flautas, Kyle got the Tortas with chicken and a chorizo taco. I definitely recommend getting the Tortas. Be sure to take a menu home because you can order take-out.
